📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process for pharmaceutical products, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of pharmaceutical products while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to meet demand and prevent stockouts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and projects as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
