📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of mining professionals to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize mining operations and sustainability initiatives.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions for operational challenges.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability within the mining operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining operations, with a proven track record in strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management system.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with mining equipment and technologies.
