In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to manage employee records, process payroll, and handle recruitment and onboarding. You will also be involved in organizing HR-related events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building exercises. This is a temporary position, but it offers a chance to gain valuable experience in the HR field and contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Assist in the processing of payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
• Handle recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating with hiring managers and conducting initial interviews.
• Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Organize and facilitate HR-related events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building exercises.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and ensure employees are aware of their entitlements.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing HR documents and correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and ensure timely submission of required documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Ability to travel to other branches if required.
