📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of barge, container, and project cargo handling
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo movements
• Monitor and optimize cargo handling processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations and standards
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols
• Manage and mentor a team of cargo handlers and support staff
• Utilize industry-standard tools like SAP and Navis for cargo tracking and management
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on cargo operations and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 5+ years of experience in export import operations, preferably in barge, container, and project cargo
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing cargo operations
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and standards
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Certification in cargo handling and safety (e.g., ISM, ISPS, or equivalent)
• Experience with cargo management software like SAP and Navis
• Valid driver's license for commercial vehicles
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field
