📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate sea freight operations, including booking, scheduling, and tracking of shipments.
• Collaborate with clients, shippers, and carriers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Handle documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping orders.
• Monitor shipments using logistics software such as Sea-Intelligence and OceanEdge.
• Resolve any issues or disruptions in the supply chain promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all sea freight activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sea freight logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sea freight logistics, preferably in the export and import sector.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as Sea-Intelligence and OceanEdge.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid SIM (Sea Freight Forwarder) certification is a plus.
