📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient logistics.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, picking, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.,Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using warehouse management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in warehouse environments.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
