Sumber Rama Gadget is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation for our products and services. Your work will help our customers understand and use our products effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity and correctness.
  • Update documentation as needed to reflect changes in products or services.
  • Work with graphic designers to create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids.
  • Ensure documentation is user-friendly and meets industry standards.
  • Provide technical support to customers based on the documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.
  • Understanding of electronics and related technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
