A*STAR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Scientist to join our team in the field of Heterogeneous Integration & Hybrid Bonding. This role is based in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, and offers a competitive salary package. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage research projects related to heterogeneous integration and hybrid bonding technologies.,Develop and implement innovative solutions for advanced packaging and integration of diverse materials and devices.,Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive the development of cutting-edge technologies.,Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at international conferences.,Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers in the team.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.,Contribute to the development of new methodologies and tools for heterogeneous integration and hybrid bonding.,Participate in grant proposal writing and securing funding for research projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,At least 5 years of experience in research and development in the field of heterogeneous integration and hybrid bonding.,Strong background in materials science, semiconductor technology, or related disciplines.,Proven track record of successful research projects and publications in reputable journals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with cleanroom facilities and semiconductor processing equipment is a plus.
