Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement industry development strategies that align with the organization's vision and goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, industry associations, and private sector partners.Organize and lead industry events, conferences, and workshops to foster networking and knowledge sharing.Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver industry development programs and initiatives.Monitor and evaluate the performance of industry development activities, and provide regular reports to senior management.Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices, and share insights with the team.Represent the organization at industry forums and conferences, both locally and internationally.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in industry development, with a proven track record in a similar role.Strong understanding of the built environment sector and its dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
