📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.,Assist the sales team in preparing and presenting proposals, reports, and presentations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets through effective communication and coordination.,Assist in the organization and planning of sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or related roles.,Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and office administration tools.,Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
