📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including tracking expenses and revenue.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards of service and quality.,Monitor food quality and safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field.
