MOMENTUM Abadi is seeking a talented and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, staff, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.,Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.,Ability to travel to the Pontianak office as needed.
