📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations to management.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated into the company smoothly.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
