📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and technologies.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
