JUNGLE PADEL UNGASAN is looking for a dynamic and experienced Padel Club Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow our Padel Club in Kuta Selatan, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Padel Club, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage and supervise staff, including coaches, court attendants, and administrative personnel.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain members.,Organize and promote Padel tournaments and events to increase club visibility.,Maintain and upgrade the facilities to ensure they meet high standards.,Handle member inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally.,Monitor and manage the club's budget and finances.,Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to enhance the club's offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in club management, preferably in sports or recreational facilities.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Experience in marketing and event planning is a plus.,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.,A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
