📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of logistics personnel, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that products are delivered on time and in the best condition.,Implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders in the supply chain.,Ensure that all logistics activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and laws related to logistics and supply chain management.,Ability to speak and write Indonesian fluently.
