Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth.,Create and maintain comprehensive data models and dashboards to support decision making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.,Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing robust data governance practices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Present data findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and compelling manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading data analysis projects.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.,Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.,Professional certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus.
