📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the production process, including quality control and maintenance of production equipment.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that deadlines are met.,Assist in the preparation of production reports and other related documents.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff members.,Ensure that all production activities comply with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of production improvement initiatives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of production strategies.,Assist in the management of production supplies and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a production-related role.,Familiarity with production equipment and tools.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.
