📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor production schedules and meet production targets.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Train and mentor production staff to improve performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply of materials.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production.
  • Report on production performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using production management software.
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
