With a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, you will leverage your expertise in tools like SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS systems to optimize our HR processes. Your ability to navigate the complexities of HR and GA will be crucial as you work closely with department heads and senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Manage general affairs to ensure smooth office operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance appraisals and employee training programs.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs.
• Proven track record in managing HR and GA functions.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in HR management or a similar field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
