📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations or HR.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Certification in conflict resolution or employee engagement is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
