📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
  • Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to schedule maintenance and repairs.
  • Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Oversee the implementation of fleet management software and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle insurance and registration documents.
  • Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members regarding fleet operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive fleet reports and records.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
