📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and implement best practices.
• Use CMMS and EAM tools to manage maintenance schedules, track equipment performance, and generate reports.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains.
• Document maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs, in a clear and concise manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with CMMS and EAM tools, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus but not required.
