📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement STEM education programs tailored to the needs of local schools and communities.
Collaborate with teachers, students, and stakeholders to ensure program success and alignment with educational goals.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and outreach activities to promote STEM learning and engagement.
Monitor program progress, collect feedback, and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, schools, and community organizations.
Represent PT Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa at local events, conferences, and meetings to advocate for STEM education.
Stay current with trends and best practices in STEM education and community engagement.
Manage project budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in education, community engagement, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of STEM curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Proven ability to develop and implement educational programs.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in using educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms.
Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
