Crown Mart Pratama is looking for a dedicated Deputy Kitchen Crew to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food items. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality food to our customers. This is a full-time position located in Sumedang, Jawa Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food items.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in stock control and inventory management.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.,Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and other departments.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
