📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's credit portfolio, ensuring timely collection of overdue payments.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating payment plans and resolving any issues that may arise.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure compliance with payment agreements.
Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage client interactions and payment statuses.
Prepare and submit regular reports on credit portfolio performance and collection activities.
Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to resolve complex credit issues.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit management and collections.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the financial services industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit management or collections, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of credit risk management and collections processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
