📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure that all branch operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.,Manage the branch budget and ensure financial targets are met.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving branch performance.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
