📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and develop a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Conduct regular staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure the branch meets health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and well-organized workspace.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on branch performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer trends is a plus.
