• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within our client base.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the best fits for their teams.

• Leverage your network to identify passive candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of the local job market in Bali and the ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as Jobvite, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
