This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for building a diverse and talented team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract top talent.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
