📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends in the retail sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to support decision-making.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail clients.,Participate in sales meetings and events to promote our products and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the retail sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the retail sector.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
