📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document and maintain IT-related records and reports.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the training and development of new employees in IT-related tasks.,Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
