Duta Fitri Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee our operations in Surabaya. As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, optimizing sales and profits, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor sales and profits, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and complaints, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Conduct regular staff training and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Work closely with other managers and stakeholders to ensure the success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proven track record of success in sales and profitability.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
