📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments using SAP and Oracle.
• Reconcile accounts payable and ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage payment workflows and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance with budget and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related roles.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle financial systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
