📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documents, manuals, and guides for our logistics software and systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.,Develop and implement documentation standards and processes to improve efficiency and quality.,Assist in the creation of training materials and resources for our employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the logistics or software industry.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
