📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of operational managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with senior leadership to drive the strategic direction of the organization and achieve business goals.,Ensure the smooth functioning of all departments, including administration, finance, and patient services.,Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care.,Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on operational metrics.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
