PT Hijau Anugerah is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Tanjung Priok. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and recommendations to customers.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and sales floor.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist in stocking and organizing products on the sales floor.,Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic cash register operations and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is preferred but not required.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
