📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the palm oil plantation, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Monitor and maintain the quality of the palm oil produced.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in company meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the palm oil industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Understanding of sustainability and environmental best practices.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in operations management.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
