Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and achieve company goals.,Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and financial reports.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
