Warung Yoga Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote our brand.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Manage store budgets and expenses, and work with the finance team to ensure profitability.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and best practices.,Represent the store at community events and other promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance metrics.,Strong knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with POS systems and other store management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
