📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.
