📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties using our espresso machines and other equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and maintaining equipment.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and hygienic workspace, following all health and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or bar environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene standards.
